Once you've read the proposed amendments and are ready to give feedback, scroll down to select the feedback option that suits you from the four options below:

• Feedback option 1 - Survey

This will allow you to select specific amendments you'd like to give feedback on, or feedback on the overall proposed amendments.

• Feedback option 2 - Upload

Here you can upload documents, letters, hard copy submission form or photos as your submission.

• Feedback option 3 - Hard copy

This is the hard copy submission form which you can download, print, or type into for submitting.

• Feedback option 4 - Verbal / Submission Support

This is where you can register for a staff member to contact you for assistance with your submission, or to give it verbally.
