• Collaboration between the Regional Council, city and district councils, and public transport providers
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with public transport funders
• Building effective partnerships with Māori, community groups, social service providers, businesses and employers

Quality partnerships ensure that we are responsive to customer and community needs. Target: High levels of satisfaction expressed in an annual survey of partners.
